Why we should use our Village Hall

Our Village Hall offers a medium-sized main hall, meeting room, kitchen, bar room and car parking. It is ideal for meetings, classes, functions, children’s parties and much more. Present use includes a toddler group, bingo sessions, some dance classes, meetings, weddings and parties.

The Hall has undergone many improvements over the past few years, namely a new heating system, complete re-wiring with LED lights fitted and then re-decoration to all the rooms. New curtains have been purchased for the main Hall and Committee room, which have completed the transformation.

The kitchen has had a complete makeover with new units and appliances fitted. There is also Wi-fi available.

Last but not least, the Committee has managed to rent some land at the rear of the building from Thurlow Estate which has made such a big difference and makes booking the Hall such an attractive proposition. There is also ample car parking.

The booking charge is £10 per hour.

The Hall has regular bookings such as:
Mother & Toddler Group, Pilates, Art Group, Boot Camp, Farmer’s Market and Antique Auctions.
